The 9th Symposium on Lactic Acid Bacteria will be held in the Congress Centre “Hotel Zuiderduin”, Zeeweg 52 Egmond aan Zee, the Netherlands (www.zuiderduin.nl) from August 31 to September 4, 2008. The Symposium will start with a Welcome Reception, a Keynote Lecture and a buffet dinner on August 31 at 17.00 h. The official closing will be on September 4 at 13.00 h.
