Welcome

On behalf of the 9th congress and Annual Scientific Meeting of PERMI and the 3rd ACLAB, we cordially welcome you to Bali, Indonesia in 24 to 27 August 2005. The 9th Congress of PERMI has seen development in terms of human resources, research facilities and scientific activities for the microbiology in Indonesia for the past years. The 9th congress will review its past achievements and failures to make PERMI in the future more successful.  

In conjuction with the PERMI Congress the 3rd Asian Conference for Lactic Bacteria will also be organized at the same date and venue to make the occasion more meaningful. 

The Program Committee has meticulously choose the venue at the picturesque Sanur Beach for its meeting due to obvious relaxing environment. Apart from its relaxing environment, the Program Committee promise to work hard to bring scientific atmosphere blend with the environment. The Congress is connected with lectures, special symposia, training courses, bussiness circle and social events that each participants will benefit from scientific and industrial contacts and informal meeting as well.
