·     Aim of the conference:

o    It is the aim of this conference to bring together the last research information and application technologies of Lactic Acid Bacteria. Asia has a long history in production of traditional fermented foods. Currently, Lactic Acid Bacteria are achieving increasing attention for scientific research and industrial application throughout the world. The conference would serve as a platform for researchers from academia and industry to obtain and exchange information on scientific progress and applications. The language of the conference is English.
